The tools that actually work live at your book.
Every licensed sportsbook is required to give you deposit limits, wager limits, session time-outs and self-exclusion, in its own Responsible Gaming settings. Because Sweatt holds no money and places no bets, those are the controls that bind — set them there, not here.
Every legal state also runs a voluntary self-exclusion program that covers every book licensed in that state at once. Your state regulator's site, or the helpline above, will point you at it.
Signs worth taking seriously.
- Betting more than you planned, or more than you can afford to lose.
- Chasing a loss with a bigger bet.
- Borrowing money to bet, or hiding bets from people close to you.

What Sweatt does, and what it will not do.
Sweatt shows what a player has actually done, what a line is at each book, and what a record proves. It grades bets off final box scores and it publishes the sample size next to every rate. It is not a tout service: nothing on Sweatt is a promise that a bet will win, and any number that looks like one is a mistake we want reported.
