How Sweatt verifies bets

SYNCED. The bet came straight from your sportsbook through BetSync. We did not type it, you did not type it. The book graded it. A record on Sweatt is made of these and nothing else.

TRACKED. You logged it yourself — it is yours to sweat. The live number, the ticket, the room, your private P&L: all of it works, and when the game goes final Sweatt grades it from the official box score so you never touch the result either. What it never does is count publicly. It does not appear on a leaderboard, a shared ledger, a creator record, or anything another person can see. Not because you're lying. Because we can't prove you're not.

Public trust surfaces read SYNCED only. That single rule is the product.

A creator's record is made of their SYNCED bets, exactly like yours. Nothing a creator types counts toward it, and a synced bet cannot be taken out of it. There is one record per creator, and a sportsbook wrote every line of it.

The picks a creator posts here are locked before the game starts, timestamped by our server, and cannot be changed afterward. Sweatt grades each one from the box score; the creator cannot grade or delete it. Subscriber-only picks are sealed, not hidden — before the game anyone can see that a pick exists (the sport, the lock time, the stake), just not what it is, and when the game settles the seal opens for everyone. Subscribers buy early access to picks. Nobody buys a separate ledger.

Sweatt grades from final results only. A game that is not final is not graded; a box score that has not fully posted is not graded. Player props are graded from the final box score. Spreads, totals and moneylines are graded from the final score. A player who did not play is a void — stake returned — and only after the box score proves he did not play. Doubleheaders are held for human review rather than guessed. Period markets (first half, first quarter) are not graded against a full-game score — we refuse rather than guess wrong half the time.

Grading happens on our servers, never in your browser: your phone and your laptop can show you a bet and they can be wrong about it, but neither one can tell us it won.

Synced bets are graded by the sportsbook that took them. Sweatt never re-grades a synced bet from a box score; the book's word is final on the book's bet.

Record counts wins, losses, pushes and voids on SYNCED bets. Units are profit in units at the odds you logged. ROI is units won divided by units risked. Win rate is wins divided by wins plus losses — pushes and voids are excluded. Nothing is annualized, smoothed, or "since last month."

We don't take bets. We don't hold money. We don't grade from a screenshot. We don't let anyone — including us — edit a bet after it is logged. We don't show you a "verified" record built on anything anybody typed. We don't publish a win rate without the sample size next to it.

Final scores and box scores come from established sports-data providers. When a source posts a number we can't reconcile, we hold the grade rather than post a wrong one, and our nightly stat audit compares a sample of what we show to the official record.
