1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sweatt ("sweatt.ai", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sweatt provides sports analytics, statistics, odds comparisons, and informational content related to professional sports — including NBA, MLB, and NFL games and player performance — along with community features such as bet tracking, verified pick records, and access to content published by independent creators. The Service is designed for entertainment and informational purposes only.
3. Not Gambling Advice
The information provided on this Service does not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. All statistics, projections, trends, and analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age — or 18 where that is the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction — to create an account or use the Service. When you create an account you confirm, by checking the box beside the sign-in button, that you meet this age requirement and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy; we record the date and the version of the Terms you accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that online sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction before placing any wagers with third-party sportsbooks.
4a. Responsible Gaming & Affiliate Disclosure
Sweatt does not accept, place or facilitate wagers. Sports betting involves risk of loss; bet only what you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit our Responsible Gaming page. Some links on the Service are sportsbook affiliate links, and Sweatt may earn a commission when you use them. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read these statements; they are also summarized in the footer of the site.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it; (d) use any automated means to scrape or collect data from the Service; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Sweatt and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. NBA, MLB, and NFL team names, logos, and player likenesses are property of their respective owners.
6a. Creator Content & Subscriptions
Some content on the Service is published by independent creators, who may offer paid subscriptions to their picks and analysis. Creator content reflects the views of its author, not Sweatt, and does not constitute gambling or financial advice. Win rates and records shown on creator profiles are tracked by the Service but past performance never guarantees future results. Paid subscriptions, where offered, are processed by our third-party payment provider and may be subject to additional terms presented at checkout.
6b. Refunds, Cancellations & Creator Sales
Sweatt sells digital subscriptions — access to the Sweatt platform and, through our marketplace, paid subscriptions to independent creators. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe), and additional terms may be presented at checkout.
Platform subscriptions. Platform subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Platform subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and periods of non-use. At our sole discretion we may issue a refund or credit in limited cases such as a duplicate charge, a proven billing error, or a technical failure that prevented access to a paid service.
Creator subscriptions — all sales final. Paid subscriptions to independent creators are sold through the Sweatt marketplace and are final and non-refundable. All sales are final: no refunds are provided for creator subscriptions, including for partial billing periods, periods of non-use, or dissatisfaction with a creator's picks, analysis, or results. You may cancel a creator subscription at any time to stop future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made after cancellation. Records shown on creator profiles reflect past results only and never guarantee future outcomes.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law or your card issuer's chargeback process. Where a free trial is offered, you may cancel before it ends to avoid being charged; if you do not, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the then-current price. 7. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including sportsbook affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEATT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSSES INCURRED FROM GAMBLING ACTIVITIES.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
